We’re excited to introduce our upgraded client portal experience.

Our new platform offers streamlined online booking, secure messaging, telehealth access, and flexible package options all in one place. This shift allows us to provide a smoother, more connected experience from your first inquiry through ongoing care.

As we move into this new system, some clients will remain in our previous portal temporarily while others will begin using the new platform. Please choose the portal that applies to you below.

Current Clients (Active Before 2/1/2026)

If you began services with us prior to our transition, you will continue using the SimplePractice portal for now.

Use this portal to:

  • Attend telehealth sessions

  • View or change appointments

  • Complete forms already assigned to you

  • Access billing and invoices

You will be notified directly when it’s time for your account to move to the new system. No action is needed until you receive that message.

New Clients (Began After 2/1/2026)

All new clients and clients who have made the switch can now access the Healthie client portal.

Use this portal to:

  • Schedule appointments or consultations

  • Complete intake paperwork

  • Join telehealth sessions

  • Send secure messages

  • Manage billing and documents
